The IDF announced that forces have been deployed to positions agreed upon with Hamas. Following the approval of the agreement, 600 humanitarian aid trucks will enter Gaza daily, along with equipment to repair damaged infrastructure. Israel will also allow residents to exit to and return from Egypt, subject to security supervision

The officials said forces from Egypt, Qatar and Turkey will operate with the collaboration with the U.S. Central Command and in coordination with Israel. They said that the United States would not send forces to the enclave, and rather, would assist in managing Gaza from abroad
