Jadallah Jadallah was shot by a paratrooper unit in the al-Far'a refugee camp. Videos show him abandoned as he pleaded for help, while his family watched helplessly from a distance. Jerusalem District Court Judge Ram Winograd, this week, may have sentenced to death a person who has not been convicted of anything, other than his nationality and birthplace.
