On November 1^st 2024, the exhibition Akhir Faysal - Faysal Last Stop opened at the French Institute in Cairo. This exhibition is the result of a year-long collective research process initiated in January 2024, developed through a collaboration between CEDEJ-Khartoum and the University of Padua. The project engaged a group of fourteen Sudanese women who arrived in Egypt in the aftermath of the war that erupted in Sudan two years ago.

Le 1^er novembre 2024 s'est ouverte, à l'Institut français du Caire, l'exposition Akhir Faysal - Faysal Last Stop. Elle est le fruit d'un processus de recherche collective initié en janvier 2024, mené pendant toute une année, et développé grâce à une collaboration entre le CEDEJ-Khartoum et l'université de Padoue (Italie), projet qui a mobilisé un groupe de quatorze femmes soudanaises arrivées en Égypte à la suite de la guerre qui a éclaté au Soudan en 2023.

Cette contribution restitue les réflexions et les créations de quatre ateliers d'écriture et de cartographie sensible organisés en octobre 2024 à Massalia Vox, un lieu partagé dédié à l'éducation populaire. Les auteurs se sont engagés dans la production d'une carte collective pour imaginer « une ville rêvée » avec des habitant·es de différents quartiers de Marseille. Ils ont ainsi découvert le pouvoir narratif et la force suggestive de la cartographie.
